I started baking the 'wedding' cakes so I could freeze them and have them all ready to frost the day before the wedding, and it was an all day event. Needless to say, the mess in my kitchen was spectacular. I'm glad I'm not doing this at the last minute. I'd thought I'd share a picture so you could feel sorry for me. I have three tiers done, with one more tier and the grooms cake still to go. I'll do those after we return from Montana.
