Our New House

We decided to "update" our new home, beginning with the kitchen. We are changing the appliances (they will still be white), adding new quartz countertops, and in the near future, putting in better flooring and most definitely removing some wall paper. For starters, we are changing the handles on some of the cabinets. The white is the old, the brushed nickel is the new. I made the quilt on our bed, and the antique quilt hanging on the quilt rack is from a friend. It was a thank you gift to me, and will become a favorite to show off. It is depression era, and in very good condition, made by a woman in Riverton, WY.
